Shipping & Delivery

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: 

Please allow us 24 hours (from the time of purchase & payment confirmation) to process, pack and ship your orders.

We offer Standard Free Shipping on all domestic orders within India.

Orders generally take 3-5 business days to be delivered once they are shipped out domestically within India.

You will receive an automatic confirmation email & whatsapp notification once your order has been placed. If you do not see the order confirmation within a few minutes of ordering, please check your spam folder.

All orders ship from Mumbai, India.

Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, major holidays & markdown periods.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 

Master Samurai offers standard worldwide shipping. Delivery duties and fees are dependent on shipping location. Reach out to order support@mastersamurai.in with any questions about international shipping abilities. All international orders will be shipped via dhl express/ups/aramex. 

Please allow us 48 hours (from the time of purchase & payment confirmation) to process, pack and ship your orders.

Orders generally take 15 business days to be delivered once they are shipped out from India (subject to local customs and clearing).

You can proceed to our checkout page for calculation of international shipping charges.

Please contact your local customs office for assistance with estimating additional costs.

Please note that Master Samurai observes the following holidays:

Lost packages:

Please note that once proof of delivery is attached to a tracking number, Master Samurai is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. All risks are assumed by the courier.


Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please confirm that all order details are correct before completing the checkout process.
